RULES!

first off, we want to welcome you all to HOLLYWOOD ARTS! while you are here there are rules you must follow, and if for some reason you decide not to, you will be punished. the first time you break a rule you will receive a warning. the second time your warning level will go up by fifty percent. the third time you will be banned. to find the secret word you will need to read all of the rules and not just skim them either. these rules are subject to change, and if they are all members will be notified by private message! i do believe, though, that all of you are wonderful people who won't break these rules.
